All orders will be processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours upon order submission. This excludes weekends (Sat-Sun), National Holidays, and Hawaii Holidays, in which items will ship the following business day. This store is located in Honolulu, HI and is in the HST time zone.
All orders ill be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Box or Per Item Flat Rate, whichever is cheaper. All per item Flat Rate will ship via "First Class. Flat Rate Box will ship Priority Mail. We do not ship 2nd Day or Next Day Air and do not offer insurance. Each order is subject to a small handling fee. Any order that includes more than one box will incur an additional handling fee per box.
Currently our only payment method is PayPal. You can use credit card, debit card, E-Check, and direct withdrawal. For some payment methods you will need to set up a paypal account, for others you do not.
Returns and Exchanges
CD and DVD Purchases may not be returned for refund.
CD and DVD may only be exchanged for SAME TITLE if the following occurs:
- Case is damaged from shipment
- Case is empty and/or has no disc
- Disc is unplayable or defective
- Item is exchanged within 14 days of order
- For the above exchanges we will pay for shipping.
For Clothing:
- Clothing can be returned or exchanged so long as it has not been worn or washed and shows no sign of dis-figuration. Customer pays shipping.
-If clothing is defective upon arrival, we will pay for shipping.
- Item is exchanged within 14 days of order
On all other items, we will accept returns within 14 days of the purchase provided that you contact us and authorize the return. All returns must come in original packaging, with original invoice/receipt, and not show any damage or dis-figuration. All returns will be shipped at the expense of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part. We will refund your product purchase price upon receipt of the product(s). |
