jklub Special Dinner Package
Jake's show @ Jimmy Buffett's at the Beachcomber
Aloha jklub members. We will be offering a special dinner package for Jake's upcoming performance at Jimmy Buffett's at the Beachcomber on December 14, 2009. This package will include a full course dinner, drinks, and front row table seating. This is an awesome opportunity to dine out and enjoy Jake's music with other fans and friends.

$25 Kids Under 12
This package includes the following:
- Dinner
- Drinks (Two choice from select drink menu)
- Price includes Tax & Tip
- Guaranteed Front Table Seating (Tables will be shared with other members. Seating is pre determined by staff, no reservations of specific seats or showing up early to reserve seats)
- Each member can bring one guest (this includes a child)
Submit Deadline:
- Must submit your reservation by October 30th.
- Payment will be made at a later time

- Contact Phone Number
- Guest Name
- Age people in your party (for drinking age permissions)
- We have a maximum reservation of 24 people. If more than 24 reservations are made we will do a drawing to determine who get to purchase the package.
Payment Info:
- We will notify the winners the first week of November
- Yukari will contact each winner by phone on November 9th (Monday) Hawaii Time.
- Payment will be made over the phone via credit card (Visa or Mastercard)
